Overview
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Venture Park Distributors online store and related services. The terms “Venture Park,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Venture Park Distributors, LLC, doing business as Venture Park Distributors. Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

1. Product listings and used auto parts
Many products sold by Venture Park are used, one-of-one automotive parts. Unless a listing states otherwise, the product photos are intended to show the physical item being offered. Used parts can have normal cosmetic wear and other condition characteristics shown or described in the listing.
Similar-looking parts can differ by manufacturer number, revision, side, trim, drivetrain, connector, mounting configuration, included components, and other details. Customers should review the actual-item photos, SKU, listed manufacturer/OEM or MPN information, condition details, and available fitment evidence before ordering.
A search result, product title, vehicle reference, or similar appearance does not by itself confirm compatibility. Treat fitment as confirmed only when the product page specifically presents verified compatibility for the vehicle or configuration in question. If fitment is uncertain, contact us before ordering.
2. Orders and availability
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory discrepancies, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or other operational reasons. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount due in accordance with applicable law and the payment method used.
Used parts are often one-of-one inventory and may also be offered through other sales channels. We use inventory controls intended to reduce double selling, but availability can change before an order is fully processed.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and promotions may change without notice until an order is placed. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are determined at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
4. Shipping and local pickup
Shipping methods, timing, delivery estimates, local-pickup availability, and related procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy and the options shown during checkout. Do not travel to a pickup location until you have received confirmation that the order is ready.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Do not send a product return without prior authorization and return instructions.
6. Cancellations and order changes
If you need to request an order cancellation or correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after fulfillment has begun. Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Accuracy of site information
We work to keep product, pricing, availability, and other store information accurate, but errors or omissions can occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary. Missing product information is not intended to be a representation that a particular specification, feature, or fitment applies.
8. Intellectual property
The Venture Park Distributors name, branding, site design, original text, graphics, photographs, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party names, marks, and product identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-party services and Shopify
Our store uses Shopify and may use other third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, communications, and other functions. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. Sales made through this store are transactions with Venture Park Distributors, not with Shopify.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or infringing activity; attempt to interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person or entity; or use the site in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
Except for any express written warranty or representation that we specifically provide for a product, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided subject to the condition and information stated in the applicable listing. We do not create a fitment guarantee merely by displaying a product in search results or associating it with general vehicle or catalog information.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. These Terms do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venture Park Distributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you and cannot be waived by contract.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes. The version posted on the store will apply from its stated or posted effective date, subject to applicable law.
